Feeding Therapy

Our specially trained therapists work with children to enhance their ability to eat safely and effectively.

Depending on the nature of the child's feeding difficulties, the therapist and family work together to establish goals and strategies to address issues such as improved oral motor skills needed for sucking, drinking, biting chewing, and swallowing. Oral motor and feeding therapy can address sensory issues around feeding which might include tolerance of the smell, feel and taste of foods.

Feeding therapy is play-based and child-directed, and may occur in an individual or group format, depending on the needs of the child.

each year we help over 3,000 kids

In partnership with parents and caregivers, we celebrate where each child is today and work toward who they can become.
