Autism Info Nights

A four-week series of virtual workshops for parents, caregivers, extended family, and anyone else caring for an autistic child of any age. There will be time for questions, reflections, and sharing ideas.

No pre-registration is required and these workshops are open to CTC families and community families.

• April 3, 6:00-7:00 pm “Autism 101” – An introduction to autism and what it means to be autistic and neurodivergent.
• April 10, 6:00-7:00 pm “Let’s Go to School!” – Preschool, Individualized Education Plans (IEP), supports through age 21, and how to make the most of your child’s school experience.
• April 17, 6:00-7:00 pm “Be an Autism Ally” – Puzzle piece or infinity symbol? “Autistic” or “person with autism?” Functioning labels, reducing the stigma, and more.
• April 24, 6:00-7:00 pm “Therapy Options” – From OT to ABA to mental health counseling, learn about therapy options and how to find the best fit for your child.
