Our monthly donors provide ongoing support that allows us to be responsive to the needs of the families and children we work with in south King and Pierce counties. Your support means more achievements, more children receiving therapeutic services, and more families connected to resources. CTC supporters love to come together for community-building fundraisers and “friend-raisers” to connect and help improve the lives of children with developmental differences and disabilities. We know that people get involved when trusted friends invite them to do so. Click here for a house party resource guide to get started or contact Naomi at naomi@ctckids.org with questions about hosting an online or in-person event in support of CTC.
Workplace giving allows you to designate an amount from your paycheck directly to Children's Therapy Center. If your employer offers this giving option, simply look for us in your company’s listing of charities. Many businesses also offer matching gift programs, doubling your gift and the impact of your contribution.
Including CTC in your estate plans through your will, bequest, or other methods means joining a committed group of donors who want to leave a legacy of compassion and care for children. Become a CTC Visionary! With a little planning, you can make sure children in your community are supported for generations to come. Making a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from your IRA is a great way to invest in a cause that’s important to you, while also satisfying your minimum distribution requirements from tax-deferred retirement accounts.
Have a car, truck, motorcycle, or other vehicle that you aren’t using and are interested in donating? Even if it is not currently running, you can still donate it, and the tax-deductible proceeds will support CTC’s work with children with developmental differences and disabilities! You can start the process by filling out a quick form with our vehicle donation partner, CARS.
Children learn best by playing! We keep our centers stocked with toys, games and materials that help children with developmental differences and disabilities learn about their environment, communicate with others, and develop important skills. We maintain a wish list of items on Amazon to make it easy for donors to make a selection that will be put to use immediately. Your purchase directly supports a child’s growth and helps keep our program costs down.
Grants from foundations make up a large percentage of CTC's annual income, and are vital to our operations. We are always open to new sources of funding. To start the conversation, please contact us at fundraising@ctckids.org.
CTC is honored to partner with businesses large and small who share our values and vision for equitable and accessible care for children with special needs. Businesses contribute vital resources that raise visibility and support for our work.
